Since then we have been passionately selling, sourcing and renting properties all over the island, as well as building several of our own projects between 2007-2009.

SLV are fully independent, approved members of the AIPP and part of the Federation of Small Businesses.

Paul, the owner is a specialist in creating property portfolios for clients and designing bespoke builds, with many owners now buying multiple properties from us over the years and now enjoying lucrative returns on the rental income.

With the founders Paul and Cheryl, having lived on the island for 8 years and now dividing their time between the UK and Cyprus in order to promote our hand selected properties as well as attending infamous shows including 'A Place in the Sun' and networking events to talk and advising all over the country.

 

Our professional team out in Cyprus includes Scott, one of our Sales Directors, who is an expert on the Cypriot market. In the UK we have a professional set of individuals giving our clients from all around the world a top class service.
