Never been the greatest fan of Real Estate Agents, however Sunshine Luxury Villas changed that.  The support they provided for the purchase of our place abroad was first class.  They managed the complex dynamics, between, the Bank (who owned it), Solicitors and the wider legal process.  I can honestly say without them I am not sure we would have got to completion. From initially contacting SLV through to agreeing on a purchase in Paphos we have felt completely confident that we are in very safe hands. Our initial enquiry was picked up very quickly and once in Paphos the service and advice we received from Nico cannot be faulted. We were very focussed on what we wanted and he was able to accommodate this without trying to close a sale that didn't fit. We have started our journey and are now working with the developer to build our home and feel incredibly safe in the knowledge that we have Nico on the ground to guide us and work through the process of purchasing the property. Well, we travelled to Paphos on 3rd July 2026, for a week, with the hope of finding either a villa to rent or buy, as we are moving permanently to Cyprus. We were picked up by Nico on Saturday morning, taken to 3 properties , that we had short-listed through WhatsApp chats with Vita. Nico was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the experience so enjoyable. We viewed one of the properties a second time on the Monday and made a reservation payment on the Tuesday, using a lawyer recommended by Nico. It’s truly nice to do business with a company and an individual, such as Nico, as other companies we viewed with seemed a bit more pushy and vague when asked questions. We have had the most amazing experience with SLV, each member of staff has been professional and highly informative from the very start. Not only was we shown properties, we were taken to different areas to get a feel for them, every question we asked was always answered honestly and to the finest detail, nothing was every too much for them. Scott has been amazing at advising us on the areas we are interested in, he was great at narrowing down the properties for us as knew exactly what we liked, whilst making sure we felt catered and comfortable. We felt like we had known Nico for years, exceptional at his job, great attention to detail, honest advice, professional and knowledgeable on every level, he handled everything efficiently and made everything feel straight forward and easy. We looked around for the best options for us to look to move over to Cyprus, initially had a video chat with Vita and her bubbly personality and knowledge of the process made us choose sunshine luxury villas. Everything was arranged via Vita and we headed over to Paphos to view villas in several surrounding areas after listening to what we needed, this included sending us multiple properties to look at prior to our visit, we were picked up by Scott who has lived in Cyprus for many years and knows much about the local area, be warned he can talk but is a great guy and very very helpful, ensure you guide him in what you are looking for and whilst you are viewing he’s feeding back to the team to find more suitable villas. After 2 and a half days of viewing multiple villas/plots we were unable to choose what we wanted, Scott had clearly been listening to what we did and didn’t want in a villa and we were then contacted by Vita who was flying into Cyprus that evening and found a villa that could be of interest to us. We met Vita at the villa and within 30 seconds knew it was the one. Vita then arranged meetings with the solicitor we had been put in touch with prior to flying out there and the developer AGG who have also been excellent. Vita helped with many other aspects of our relocation, including possible currency conversion, furniture relocation, dog transportation etc. We moved into our new home last weekend and Vita still keeps in touch asking how everything is and if we need anything. We had a great experience with these guys - they don´t only show you property - they explain you the in and outs of the different places and locations so you get a feeling of where you want to life .. . We have been with Scott and Nico - both great guys from England.. Scott tells you one story after another and Nico is more like a layed back cool Friend.. Visited Cyprus as a seasoned investor with UK and UAE investments. Not sure of what to expect but my experience with Nico was exceptional. No pressure and totally professional in every respect. When searching for a property overseas added assurance is sought. Knowing that SLV has an established track record and a UK base encouraged me to contact them. The initial contact via their website was quickly followed up with a bookings scheduled prepared for our visit to Cyprus. To improve the service it would have been beneficial to have a more in-depth consultation as the first day of bookings did not meet the brief. The sales agent we met (Nico - UK born but recently relocated) gave a 5* service.  He was not pushy and took the time to really understand our requirement. On our second day we found a property and he took the time to drive round showing why the area met our brief. SLV do have excellent contacts with surveyors and lawyers. They need to promote the added value they can offer as this a real differentiator to their competition.
