The Project aims to develop and operate a luxury marina resort,
Situated between Larnaca and Limassol. The resort will be constructed on 293,000 sqm of privately-owned dry land and on 38,750 sqm of a governmentleased concession for reclaimed land (from the sea by way of artificial islands) for a 90-year period. The SPV will own both the private property and the government concession.
Apart from a marina, the resort will feature a large residential development with on shore villas, a commercial development, a tourist village, a hotel and an exhibition center.
The resort, considered to be a landmark project, targets high net worth individuals by providing a place to spend their holidays as well as to host business clients.
The project master-plan combines residential accommodation with business premises and supporting hospitality services all under a marina/yachting theme. It is conveniently located close to
Larnaca city which provides residents with a level of remoteness. Yet the project’s proximity to Larnaca Airport makes it accessible to international travelers.
The marina licenses along with the casino licenses and long-term leases of public property for other development projects are part of a coordinated government effort to increase foreign direct investment into the local economy.
The price for the whole project with all licences is EUR 200 000 000.
