CONSTRUCTION DETAILS:

- MAIN STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete frame which is earthquake-resistant.

- INSULATION
A damp-proof course was made on all ground floor walls and floors,
and all verandas kitchens, bathroom and toilets of the villa as well as thermal and water insulation for all floors.

- WALL COVERINGS
The walls are constructed with hollow bricks 10 x 25 cm according to plans. The bricks are covered with plaster cement and are painted
with three coats of emulsion. There are suspended ceilings on the ground floor.

- WALL FINISHES (KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, WC)
All walls are painted with three coats of emulsion and the kitchen, bathroom and toilet walls are with ceramic tiles and painted,
spatulated with three coats of paint.
